Directions to New Lanark

The show is held at the New Lanark Visitor centre, New Lanark. Housed in what is part of the New Lanark world heritage village.

By Road:
New Lanark is well sign posted on all the major routes in the area. It is less than 25 miles from Glasgow, 35 miles form Edinburgh, and 85 miles from Carlisle. There are 300+ car parking places at New Lanark, so parking should not be a problem.

By Train:
Trains leave hourly from Glasgow Central low level, or Motherwell to Lanark Interchange. A local bus, operated by Stuart of Carluke, or Taxi can take those disinclined, or unable, to walk the 1.5 miles down hill to New Lanark.
